  • The problem lies with consent to be recorded laws. There are 12 states where all parties being recorded must give consent to be recording, most of those states (with the exception of Illinois) includes a provision that excludes public places where an expectation of privacy would not be reasonable.

  • If Civil Unions are completely equal as prop 8 supporters claim, then they should have absolutely no objection to having all legal civil contracts currently known as marriages be hereby known legally as civil unions, leaving the religious definition of marriage to be a strictly religious ceremony.

  • I always choose to pay more for the unlimited internet plan. However, I have had an internet provider actually have the gall to tell me that they didn't intend for customers on "unlimited" access who pay more, to leave their computers on all the time.

  • I have many of those issues now at 40, however that does NOT give an excuse to be an all around horses arse when something doesn't go exactly my way! Being elderly or in pain is not an excuse to ignore laws and civil behavior.

  • My children learned what the word appropriate meant before they were 2 years old each because if they acted up in a store or where ever I would ask them "Is this is appropriate behavior for a *fill in the blank of where we were at the time*?".
